Popular travel news site, Travel Daily News, has used Igniyte’s research to report on the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) investigation into fake online reviews and paid endorsements.
The CMA has released an initial investigation report into businesses in the UK writing or commissioning fake online reviews. The investigation launched in February 2015 and the CMA asked Igniyte to contribute. Research from Igniyte’s Reputation Report was used in the investigation and our Business of Reviews Report has been referenced in the Travel Daily News article.
